Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Tab
Once logged in, click on the "Campaigns" tab from the main menu. Here you’ll find a list of all the available campaigns you can participate in. This is the campaign marketplace, and it is updated regularly with new opportunities to promote.
Step 2: Browse and Choose a Campaign
Browse through the available campaigns to find the one that best suits your audience. Each campaign will display:
App Name: The mobile app or game you'll be promoting.
Payout Rate: The amount you'll earn per valid installation according to Quality Score (usually on a CPI - Cost Per Install basis).
Target Country or Region: The location where the campaign is most effective.
Engagement Requirements: Specific user actions that could improve the Quality Score (like making an in-app purchase or using the app over multiple days).
Step 3: Join a Campaign
After selecting a suitable campaign, click "Join Campaign". This action will add the campaign to your dashboard and make it available for you to generate tracking links.
Once you join a campaign, you can start promoting it to your followers. You’ll need a unique link to ensure your installs are attributed to you.
To learn more about any campaign, click on the "Details" button. Here, you’ll find useful information about the app, promotional guidelines, and any creative assets provided to help you create content easily for the campaign you joined.
Tip: Choose campaigns that align with your audience's interests. For instance, if your followers are gamers, choose mobile game campaigns for maximum impact.
Step 4: Copy Your Unique Link
To promote an app effectively, you need a unique link. This link allows ClickRising to measure/track the number of installs and interactions your content generates.
Install & Try the App: Click the Install button to download and try the app associated with the campaign. This helps you understand what you are promoting.
Get Your Referral Link: Scroll down to the "Step 2" section labeled Share on Social Media. Here, you will see your unique referral link displayed.
Copy the Link: Click the Copy link button beneath your referral link to easily copy it to your clipboard.
Make sure to share this link when talking about the app in your content. The more engaging your content, the more likely your audience is to click the link and install the app.
Step 5: Create Promotional Content
You can download these assets from the Campaign Details page or create your content and share them with your influencers, ensuring their content is optimized for engagement.
To maximize the number of installs, it’s important to create compelling content around the app you're promoting. Here are some content ideas that work well:
Personal Endorsements: Share your own experiences using the app, highlighting what you like about it.
Tutorial Videos: Create a walkthrough or “how-to” video showcasing the app’s key features.
Challenges and Giveaways: If appropriate, introduce a fun challenge involving the app or a giveaway to encourage installs.
Tip: Authenticity is key. Your followers trust your opinion, so ensure your endorsement of the app feels genuine and helpful.
Step 6: Share your Content with your Unique Link!
Once you’ve created your promotional content, it’s time to share it with your audience. Use the unique tracking link you generated for the campaign and include it in your social media posts, videos, or stories.
Be creative and authentic in your approach, making sure the content feels relevant to your audience. Whether writing a review, making a tutorial, or hosting a giveaway, always include your tracking link to ensure installs are properly attributed to you. The more engaging your content, the more clicks and installs you'll drive more revenue.
Tip: You can share your content wherever you want! Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, and etc.
Step 7: Track Your Performance
Once your content is live and people click your link, it’s time to track your performance. ClickRising provides real-time analytics that allows you to see how well your campaigns are doing.
Metrics to Track
Clicks: The number of times people clicked on your unique tracking link.
Conversions: The total number of app installations from your link.
Quality Score: This metric shows how engaged users are after installing the app. A higher Quality Score usually leads to better payouts.
Forecasted Revenue: This metric estimates your earnings based on current performance and Quality Scores.
These metrics are in the "Performance" section of your dashboard. Understanding them helps you determine what types of content resonate most with your audience and which campaigns are worth continuing. For more information about metrics, see the “ClickRising Dashboard Metrics” article.
Step 8: Optimize Your Campaigns
Based on the performance data, you can take steps to optimize your campaigns:
Content Analysis: Identify which posts or videos are generating the most installs. Double down on what works.
Adjust Messaging: If you notice low conversion rates, try changing your call-to-action or focusing more on the app’s key features that your audience will value.
Align With Audience Interests: Ensure that the campaigns you're promoting align closely with your audience's preferences.
A good Quality Score will lead to higher payouts. Encourage your audience not just to install but to actively use the app, which improves your Quality Score.
Step 9: Get Paid
ClickRising pays you based on the number of valid installs and the Quality Score of your conversions. Earnings can be tracked in real-time under the Payouts section of your dashboard.
Once the installs meet the required criteria (typically aged for about 11-12 days to ensure authenticity), your Quality Report will be finalized, and your earnings will be confirmed.
You can then withdraw your earnings based on the payment method you've set up in your profile.
