To start the campaign with ClickRising, you must add your influencer to your agency account. This is crucial for managing your campaigns effectively and tracking each influencer's performance.

Whether you're an agency managing a network or an individual looking to scale your promotions, ClickRising offers three methods to integrate influencers into your campaigns seamlessly. This guide walks you through the different methods available for adding influencers.

To add your influencers, click the “Influencers” tab at the top of the page.

After you land on the “Influencers” tab, click on to “Add an influencer” button.

You have three options to add a new influencer to your agency account. Choose the best option for you. You can find detailed information about those three methods at the bottom of this Help Desk document.

Method 1: Fully Automated – Invite Influencers with a Link

This method allows you to invite influencers using a unique registration link. It’s the most straightforward and most automated option.

Steps:

  1. Copy the Invitation Link: In your dashboard, click the “+ Add New Influencer” button, and then select the “Copy link” option.

  2. Share the Link: Send this link to the influencers you want to add. Once they register using this link, they will automatically be added to your influencer network on ClickRising.

  3. Monitor Influencer Activity: The influencers will have their own dashboards where they can view downloads, revenue, and other key metrics. You can also track all this information in your agency’s dashboard.

Tip: This option works best when you want your influencers to have individual access to track their own performance metrics, while you oversee their progress from your main account.

Method 2: Add Influencers with Nicknames

For agencies that prefer not to share full influencer information, this method allows you to add influencers with nicknames while customizing their commission structure.

Steps:

  1. Click "Create an Influencer Account": Navigate to the Influencers tab and click the “Create an Influencer Account” button.

  2. Fill in Influencer Information: You can provide just a nickname and an email address (optional). This allows you to keep the actual identity private, while still tracking performance.

  3. Set Payout Commission: Adjust the commission percentage each influencer will earn, and decide whether the influencer will see their commission amount in their dashboard.

    1. Commission Visibility:
You can choose whether or not to show the commission details to the influencers:

      1. Show Commission: You can make the commission amount visible to the influencer, so they know exactly how much they are earning for each action (e.g., app install or sale).

      2. Hide Commission: You can choose to keep the commission information hidden from the influencer. This option is useful when you want to manage payouts internally and provide influencers with an agreed-upon flat rate or custom arrangement.

    2. Payment Options:
You also have flexibility regarding how payments are made after a campaign:

      1. Direct Payment to Influencer: You can set up the system to pay influencers directly once their earnings meet the minimum payout requirements. This option minimizes the agency's administrative work.

      2. Payment to Agency: Alternatively, you can route all earnings directly to the agency. The agency will then be responsible for distributing payments to its influencers as per its internal agreements.

  4. Create Account: Finalize the account creation by clicking “Create Account”.

**Note: This method is ideal if you want full control over how commissions are split between your agency and the influencer. It also lets you keep influencer identities confidential.

Method 3: Bulk Import of Influencers

You can find the template for bulk import under “Upload List”. You can download the template and start uploading.

If you manage a large network of influencers and need to add many at once, the bulk import method is the best choice. This saves time and ensures all influencers are added in one go.

Steps:

  1. Download the CSV Template: In your dashboard, click the “Upload Influencer List” button, and download the template provided.

  2. Fill Out the Template: Enter your influencers’ names, emails (optional), and the commission rates you want to assign for each.

  3. Upload the CSV File: After filling in the details, upload the CSV file back into the platform. All the influencers will be created in bulk, saving time on manual entry.

Tip: This method works well when onboarding multiple influencers and maintaining a consistent structure across all their accounts.

**Please note that ClickRising covers the cost for commissions up to 10%, and this amount is not deducted from your influencers' earnings. For example, if your commission rate is 15%, ClickRising will cover 10%, and the remaining 5% will be deducted from the influencers' earnings.
