If your payment status remains as "Requested" for 3-7 business days, this means our system has detected potential problems with the downloads associated with your account and has been deemed invalid.

What does an invalid download mean?

My Transaction Status Shows "Done" but I have not received my payment

Please ensure that you have entered your local currency into our system. For instance, if you reside in the USA, ensure that your USD account is added.

If you have entered an account with a different currency in our system, your transfer might be held within your bank's pool. In such cases, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

Please note that, in compliance with international regulations, all bank transfers must be made in the recipient's currency.
